Cassandra Harris began her career within the media and advertising industry where she specialised in technology and digital strategy working for global advertising giant WPP, and GroupM agency, Mindshare. After several years within the corporate world Cassandra left the business to pursue her own ventures full-time, investing into and co-founding several successful start-ups including an early stage venture capital fund, corporate venture builder and accelerator.
Her most recent journey has taken her into the world of TV and film producing where she has used her creative and visionary imagination, investor and founder network to co-create a new TV series called Unicorns which is designed to impact the lives of at least 1 billion people positively. She is also a docu-reality star in the new hit TV series “The Social Movement” and co-founding partner of streaming media and scale platform which is designed to back and empower entrepreneurs.
Cassandra was featured in TechWorld in 2019 as one of the changing faces of UK VC, in the Sunday Times in 2018 for her contribution to angel investing. She was named on the UK’s Top VC’s to watch list in 2017. Named on the Innovate Finance Women in Fintech Power list 2016, selected as the Top Tech 100 people redefining digital business in UK & beyond as part of the Techcity 100 list 2015. Nominated as Great British Entrepreneur finalist 2015 & 16, the Duke of York New Entrepreneur of the year 2015 and O2 Smarta Female Entrepreneur of the year 2014.
